I thought the breakfast was lovely, as there was a good selection and I especially enjoyed the hot drinks. The location was nice too, as it wasn't too far from the airport and was a great, quiet area for a stroll or bike ride. I loved lying outdoors by the pool - the wall of plants on display is truly beautiful and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom and nice view out of the main window. The gym was small but with a good amount of equipment and we had 24 hours access which is always good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I thought it was a great price for everything we got and would definitely come back again!

had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh fruits and other delicious options. I also enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool, which was very relaxing and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile

Lovely staff. Nice pool. Very clean and comfortable room. Would recommend as a nice place to stay. Close to shopping malls.

everything was good except the singing at the beer gardens opposite the hotel. More practice drastically required. staff were extremely help full when I left my phone in a cab. i would stay again without question.

All are good but parking is superb. However, in my father's room, we had to call for cleaning in the afternoon for the 2nd night. I think because they have lack of staffs. However, all staffs at the front desk and the dining room are very friendly and helpful. We got upgrade rooms from booking. The room are bigger.

Breakfast was great. The staff very very pleasant. I was more than impressed when because I was badly affected by air pollution caused by seasonal burning I had to relocate and the hotel together with booking.com refunded nearly all the cost for my unused booked and paid for accommodation in the hotel. Very impressed.👍

Great staff, good breakfast, room format was good (had the spa), great price for the room type and location. Clean. Shower pressure and hot water are good. Clean shower. No mould.

Great value for the room type and location and price range. John was helpful with room and luggage (Thank-you). Just a short stay, but was quickly impressed with the room size, spa and bedroom. Good breakfast, will stay again when I visit Chiang Mai next.

I liked that the hotel was in a great location, 5min walk to maya shopping centre and so many things to see walking distance.

great location, free bikes to use at the property and we luckily got to have an early check in from the night bus!
